MOMOD takes full control of the project management process on your behalf by coordinating all elements of the project for you. We ensure all of our projects are completed from plan to purpose, quickly and affordably.

We handle everything from initial site meetings with contractors, suppliers and landlords to detailed cost breakdowns and coordination of all activities to ensure that the project deadline is met. This allows you to focus on your operational requirements, knowing that you don’t need to worry about anything on site.


The first step in our process is gathering accurate costings for you to sign off. You give us your budget and we do the rest.



Whether you need a wallpaper that has been specified by the designer or a custom-made cabinet, we will source it for you.



From receiving the keys from the landlord, right through to final handover we take full responsibility of the project.


Budgeting & Costing

It all starts with an accurate costing. We have preferred suppliers who we have built strong working relationships with over the years which allows us negotiating power on price. We will also source multiple quotes where applicable to ensure the best possible price for our clients.

Our costing process includes

  • An initial site meeting with all relevant parties to ensure all involved understand the project requirements so that they can cost accurately

  • Confirmation of services, dimensions and items as per plan with the designer to make sure the costings have been scoped correctly

  • Constant communication with all contractors and suppliers to ensure the best possible price along with the quickest possible costing turnaround time

Once all quotations are received, a full costing document, along with project timelines, are provided to you for your consideration. Any changes or additional requests will be taken into account at this stage and once this is finalised, you provide us with final approval to go ahead with the build.


MOMOD has an extensive network of suppliers, so we will also source items specified by the designers for you where necessary. If our suppliers do not have what you require, or it needs to be custom-made, our teams will manage this process too.

Turnkey Project Management

As soon as the site is available, your assigned team from MOMOD will start the build in accordance with the given deadlines, ensuring the various parties involved work efficiently and effectively to meet the agreed upon project timelines.

Our project management service includes

  • Onsite coordination of all relevant parties including designers, contractors, suppliers, landlords and tenant coordinators

  • Weekly site visits, evaluation, communication (including photos) as well as detailed minutes during the course of the build

  • Documented variation orders where necessary for client, contractor and MOMOD approval prior to implementation

  • Daily onsite presence for the final five days of the build prior to handover

On the day of handover, you can expect to walk into a complete, clean and fully setup store, ready for your operations team. At the handover meeting, we will walk through the premises with you with a documented snag list, which will be addressed in the shortest possible time with the least disruption to you and your team. We also compile a comprehensive handover file allowing you easy access to all relevant information, including COCs, plans, contact lists, budget vs. actual costs breakdown and all guarantees/warranties from contractors and suppliers.
