Andrew Cary


Andrew was the Executive Manager for Projects and Development for a leading South African hospitality franchising operator for over 20 years. In this time, he developed a remarkable understanding of the intricacies of all aspects of building world-class restaurants from project costings through contractor and supplier allocations, project co-ordination and handing over a fully functional store to the client. Andrew is passionate about providing his client’s with outstanding service. He takes utmost pride in the fact that when he hands the store keys over to his clients on the day of handover, they walk into a pristine environment, free of snags, that they can start operating in immediately.

Jason Frenkel

Senior Project Manager

Jason is both a Professional Architect (Pr.Arch) and a Professional Construction Project Manager (PR.CPM).  After studying and working in New York and Arizona, Jason moved to South Africa in 2004.  Since then, he has been integrally involved in the design and construction of numerous award winning commercial and residential projects.  Jason has a combination of complimentary talents: his education and experience in both design and construction make him a designer who understands building and a builder who understands design.

Rob Cary

Senior Project Manager

As a qualified architect, Rob’s attention to detail is second to none. Working closely with Andrew, he has developed his knowledge around project management and has been an essential part of the team in several successful store builds. With his technical ability and experience, Rob often picks up on potential issues before they become real problems, saving our client’s both time and money.
